Carroll Community College Television, Cable Channel 18 is designated as an educational cable TV channel for Carroll County. The purpose of the channel is to expand the college's ability to provide cultural, economic and social programs that enhance the College and the Carroll County community. The channel communicates information pertaining to Carroll Community College offerings and events.

Carroll Educational TV
CARROLL EDUCATIONAL TELEVISION (CETV-CH21) serves cable subscribers with educational and school based programming from all educational institutions in the Carroll County Public School system.
Carroll Educational Television is Carroll County Public School’s educational access channel. CETV is a division of Community and Media Relations and is located at the CCPS central office building, the Winchester Building, at 125 North Court Street in Westminster, Maryland.

Carroll County Government
Carroll County Government Channel 24 opens up government by bringing the decisions and actions directly to residents’ homes. Their goal is to expand public awareness of how county government works. Programming includes meetings, public hearings, and other government-sponsored events. A talk show, “Issues & Insights: Our County Government,” features conversations with key figures that provide perspective on current topics and explain their department’s or agency’s role.
CCG24 is excited to offer viewers a fresh look at decisions and decision-makers who affect their day-to-day lives.

CARROLL COUNTY HD CHANNEL
Channel 1086 is Carroll County's new shared HD channel. Programming on Channel 1086 is provided by Carroll Community College, Carroll County Public Schools, Carroll County Government, and the Community Media Center.
